Grégory INGRAND is a European and French Trademark and Design Attorney.
Beginning his career in IP in 1999, Grégory has worked over several years in various Paris-based law firms and industrial property firms before joining Beau de Loménie in 2006.
Grégory specialises in the practice areas of trademarks, designs, copyright and domain names. His expertise covers obtaining of IP rights, as well as the exploitation and protection thereof. His professional involvement extends from follow-up and support activities for pre-litigation and litigation proceedings to portfolio audits. He provides support to French and foreign companies of all sizes, from all industrial sectors, in their efforts aimed at protecting, securing and optimising their IP assets.
Highly involved in IP sector professional associations, he is an active member of the Association des Praticiens du Droit des Marques et des Modèles – APRAM [French Association of Trade Mark and Design Law Practitioners]. Since 2012, he has also actively served on various committees within the European Communities Trademark Association-ECTA (Law Committee, then Design Committee).
In addition, Grégory has been a sessional lecturer in design law at the Paris-Sud University since 2012.
