Rodrigo CALVO DE NO is a qualified Patent Attorney both in France and Belgium. He is also a European Patent Attorney.

Rodrigo started his IP career in 1997 at the European Patent Office (EPO) as an examiner. In 2006, he joined a leading Belgian IP firm where he qualified as a European Patent Attorney. He joined the mechanical department of Beau de Loménie in 2010.

Rodrigo assists French and foreign companies in obtaining, enforcing and defending their IP rights. He also carries out freedom to operate studies and is involved in the follow-up to pre-litigation and litigation proceedings. He has expertise in procedures before the EPO (oral examination and opposition proceedings, appeals).

Rodrigo CALVO DE NO is also an active member of several IP associations (EPI, LES International and AIPPI Belgium).
