Raphaël PLELAN s a European and French Patent Attorney in the Mechanics department in Paris. He joined Beau de Loménie in 2024.
Raphaël has been working in IP since 2006. He began his career as a Patent Engineer in an intellectual property firms and then worked in a law firm. He joined the industry in 2020.
With his background as a general engineer, Raphaël PLELAN is involved in the patent field, in all aspects of obtaining, valuing and defending invention patents, as well as freedom to operate analyses in France and abroad. He is also involved in opposition proceedings and appeals before the EPO.
