Olivier BOURA is a European and French Patent Attorney.
Olivier started his IP career in 2000 as a patent attorney at Beau de Loménie, Paris Office. He now heads Beau de Loménie’s Marseille Office.
Olivier’s area of practice is patents. His expertise covers protection of innovations, as well as all issues surrounding innovation strategy (contracts, audits and due diligence, IP portfolio management). Moreover, he is acknowledged for his expertise in opposition proceedings before the European Patent Office-EPO.
Olivier currently leads the Marseille Office team, which is composed of around ten professionals who support French and foreign companies of all sizes, in the areas of patents, trademarks, designs, copyright and domain names.
Olivier has been recommended by the professional press for his expertise in the patent field (Managing IP/IPStars 2023).
