Juliette BOURRIERES is a European and French Trademark and Design Attorney based in Lyon.
Having started her IP career in 1998 as a lawyer with the auto manufacturer Renault, Juliette subsequently moved to the pharmaceutical group Sanofi where she specialised in trademark law. She joined Beau de Loménie, Lyon Office in 2005.
Juliette specialises in the practice areas of trademarks, designs, copyright and domain names. Her expertise covers obtaining of IP rights, as well as the exploitation and protection thereof. Her professional involvement extends from follow-up and support activities for pre-litigation and litigation proceedings to portfolio audits. She provides support to French and foreign companies of all sizes, from all industrial sectors, in their efforts aimed at protecting, securing and optimising their IP assets.
