Emmanuelle Machinet is a European and French Trademark and Design Attorney.

Emmanuelle started her IP career in 1998 in the opposition department of the French IP Office (INPI) before joining an IP firm in 2000. She joined Beau de Loménie in 2003. She has been a partner since January 2021, and co-heads the Trademarks, Designs, Copyright and Domain Names department with Grégory Ingrand. This department is composed of about forty professionals who assist companies of all sizes, from all industrial sectors, to protect, secure and optimise their IP rights.

Emmanuelle Machinet works in the fields of trademarks, designs, copyright and domain names. Her expertise mainly covers advising and assisting our clients in their strategies to protect and defend their IP rights in France and abroad. She is also involved in contractual aspects, unfair competition, pre-litigation and litigation follow-up as well as portfolio audits.

She is also a lecturer in the Master’s degree in Applied Intellectual Property Law at Paris-Est Créteil University. Emmanuelle is a member of APRAM and INTA.
