Diane RIX is a European and French patent attorney based in Lyon.
Since beginning her IP career in 2012, Diane has worked at several French IP firms as well as in industry. She joined Beau de Loménie, Lyon Office in 2016.
With her background as a chemist, Diane focuses her work in the area of patents. Her expertise includes obtaining of IP rights, as also the use, exploitation, and protection thereof, as well as freedom-to-operate studies. She is also involved in the follow-up and support activities for opposition proceedings and appeals before the European Patent Office-EPO.
