Carole ISOARD is a European and French Trademark and Design Attorney based in Marseille.
Carole’s career in IP began in 2013 with numerous professional assignments undertaken at various law firms and in industry. In 2015, she joined the Marseille office of an IP firm, before becoming a part of Beau de Loménie’s Marseille team in 2020.
Carole focuses her work in the areas of trademarks, designs, copyright and domain names. She advises and supports the Firm’s clients with regard to their strategies for protecting and defending their IP rights, and also covers contracts, pre-litigation and litigation follow-up activities. She provides support to French and foreign companies of all sizes, from all industrial sectors, in their efforts aimed at protecting, securing and optimising their IP assets.
