Brian’s career in IP began in 2005 when he joined a Philadelphia based patent acquisition company. Since then, Brian has worked to obtain patents for clients in fields including wireless technologies, computer hardware/software, mechanical devices and surgical systems among many other technologies.
Brian assists French and foreign companies in all aspects of patent preparation and prosecution before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). He counsels clients with a careful eye towards claim interpretation, claim mapping and validity. Brian is technically competent in wireless technologies including technologies implementing The Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) and The 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) standards.
