Bamford vs Manitou case, one of the Juve Patent \u00ab Top 10 patent cases in France \u2013 2021 \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>This case lead to an important decision of the Court of cassation (French supreme court) recognizing that the patentee&#8217;s IP attorney can assist the bailiff during the infringement seizure, even if they have previously participated in an expert report on the materiality of the infringement. It also led to an order for an interim injunction.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bdl-ip.com\/\/en\/expert\/didier-intes\/\">Didier Int\u00e8s<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bdl-ip.com\/\/en\/expert\/jacques-verrue\/\">Jacques Verrue<\/a> were J.C.
