In particular, he advises major industrial groups in sectors including production and distribution of sporting goods and leisure articles, civil engineering (foundations and soil technologies), and industrial equipment manufacturing (infrared gas radiators). He also provides advice and assistance to SMEs belonging to the expansive industrial network of the <em>Hauts-de-France <\/em>region.<\/p>\n<p>Guillaume&#8217;s expertise covers the acquisition of IP rights (drafting and filing patent applications), as also exploitation and optimisation thereof. He is involved in the follow-up and support activities for pre-litigation and litigation proceedings, opposition proceedings and appeals before the European Patent Office-EPO, as well as portfolio audits.
