He is also a European Patent Attorney.<\/p>\n<p>Rodrigo started his IP career in 1997 at the European Patent Office (EPO) as an examiner. In 2006, he joined a leading Belgian IP firm where he qualified as a European Patent Attorney. He joined the mechanical department of Beau de Lom\u00e9nie in 2010.<\/p>\n<p>Rodrigo assists French and foreign companies in obtaining, enforcing and defending their IP rights. He also carries out freedom to operate studies and is involved in the follow-up to pre-litigation and litigation proceedings.
