Jean-Jacques JOLY began his career with the firm in 1974 and became a partner in 1986. Throughout his tenure at Cabinet Beau de Lom\u00e9nie, he has contributed considerably to the growth and reputation of the firm.<\/p>\n

Within the firm, he has set up and developed the patent related activity in electronics and IT, and has directly supervised additional core activities for many years. Jean-Jacques JOLY has been heavily involved in raising the firm over and above international standards, to the benefit of both our domestic and our foreign clients. He has also actively contributed to representation of the firm worldwide.<\/p>\n

In parallel, Jean-Jacques JOLY was the Secretary General of FICPI, the F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Internationale des Conseils en Propri\u00e9t\u00e9 Intellectuelle, for 9 years between 1997 and 2006, and remains a Member of Honor of the Federation. More recently, he was one of the driving forces in setting up of our German subsidiary, CBDL Patentanw\u00e4lte.<\/p>\n

As a patent attorney, a partner of the firm, and simply as a man, Jean-Jacques JOLY has always acted with the highest sense of ethics and excellency.<\/p>\n

In view of the above, as well as his strong sense of fairness as a partner, he has always set an excellent example for the following generation. In addition, Jean-Jacques JOLY has organized a smooth transition of his responsibilities to his Partners, having begun the planning for this transition nearly 10 years ago.<\/p>\n
