Gaston Vedel, Attorney at Law at the Paris Bar since 2010, is in charge of this new structure.<\/p>\n
Gaston Vedel has over fifteen years of experience in intellectual property, particularly in the field of patent litigation. He began his career as an Attorney-at-law in the IP litigation department of Bird & Bird, in Paris. He joined Beau de Lom\u00e9nie in 2012 and participated to the development of the firm\u2019s contractual and litigation activities, in close collaboration with its patent and trademark-attorneys. He is a graduate of the Universities of Paris II (Panth\u00e9on-Assas) and Paris XI (Paris Sud), the Centre for International Industrial Property Studies (CEIPI) at the University of Strasbourg and Bond University, Australia. He is a lecturer at the CEIPI, regularly contributes to training programs and is the author of articles and commentaries on intellectual property-related issues.<\/p>\n
