The position involves filing and prosecution before the USPTO and patent application preparation in English, for a diversity of clients, from SMEs and universities to internationally renowned companies. As a member of an international team, including patent attorneys qualified in several jurisdictions and experienced paralegals, the qualified candidate will also have the opportunity to be trained in procedures associated with the European patent system.<\/p>\n
The candidate should ideally possess 2 or more years of patent application preparation and prosecution experience, and be currently registered in good standing to practice before the USPTO. English as a native language is a must, while French language skills are helpful but not mandatory.<\/p>\n
