Erwan HEALY is a European and French Patent Attorney in the “Material Technology, Instruments and Electrotechnics” department of Beau de Lom\u00e9nie.<\/p>\n

Erwan started his IP career in 2005 in Fundamental Physics research at the Paris\u2019 Nanosciences Institute (ion-matter interactions). Then, he worked in a leading Parisian IP firm as a patent engineer from 2007 to 2015 before joining Beau de Lom\u00e9nie.<\/p>\n

Erwan HEALY assists French and Foreign companies from the aeronautics and electronics sectors in obtaining, enforcing and defending their IP rights. He also carries out freedom-to-operate studies and is involved in the follow-up to pre-litigation and litigation proceedings. He has extensive experience of EPO proceedings (examination and oral proceedings) and EPO appeals.<\/p>\n

Erwan is also very involved in teaching patent law.
