Aurélien ÉCHARD is in charge of the “ Technical Documentation and Search ” Department in Lille.
Aurélien started his IP career in 2005 in a technology transfer company (subsidiary of the CNRS) where he was in charge of monitoring technology and competitor activity. He joined Beau de Loménie in 2007 as a patent monitoring specialist.
Aurélien now manages a team of four professionals specialised in monitoring and technical searches covering all the technical and technological fields of the Firm’s clients, for patents, trademarks and designs.
Aurélien ECHARD is also involved in technology monitoring and technical searches. He has a thorough knowledge of documentary search databases (publications and patents) which enables him to answer requests for prior art searches, freedom-to-operate and state of the art searches related to the inventions of the Firm’s clients.
Aurélien is also a member of the CFIB (Cercle Francophone Information Brevets, i.e., Francophone Circle on Patent Information).
