Ph.D. in biochemistry from the Phillips University of Marburg

A German citizen, Stefan EXNER studied chemistry at the University of Mainz and the University of Marburg, where he subsequently produced his doctoral thesis in biochemistry. He continued his post-doctorate research in Japan before joining a firm of trademark and patent attorneys established in Munich and Kempten in Germany. He is a German patent and trademark attorney and is certified as a patent attorney by the European Patent Office. He joined the chemistry team in 2006 and, working in Munich, deals in particular with Japanese, German and French clients.
