Philippe HUBERT directs the chemistry, pharmacy, biology and new plant varieties section of Cabinet Beau de Loménie. He specialises in organic chemistry, pharmacy, cosmetics and polymer chemistry. His practice covers all aspects of patent law, including prosecution, litigation, contracts and due diligence reviews of patent portfolios.
A French patent and trademark attorney and a European patent and trademark attorney, he graduated from the Ecole Supérieure de Chimie Industrielle, Lyon, in 1982. He started his career in industrial property in 1984 and joined Cabinet Beau de Loménie in 1987, becoming a partner in 1998.
