Jean-Jacques JOLY, who specialises in patents, has been head of Cabinet Beau de Loménie since 1989. He assists clients in all areas of intellectual property and has particular experience of litigation and contract negotiations. He is director of the electricity, electronics and software department of Cabinet Beau de Loménie. He also works in aeronautics and composite materials.

A French patent and trademark attorney, a European patent attorney and a European trademark attorney, he obtained his engineering diploma from the Ecole Supérieure d’Electricité (Supelec). He started his career with the training provided by the French Patent Office for future examiners of the European Patent Office (Formex) and joined Cabinet Beau de Loménie in 1974. He became a partner in 1986.

He usually works in the English and French languages and he also speaks German.
