Grégory Ingrand is a French trademark attorney (trademarks, designs) and a European trademark attorney. He has a post-graduate research degree (DEA) in intellectual property and began his career in 1999, joining Cabinet Beau de Loménie in 2006. He mainly advises on the constitution and protection of rights relating to trademarks, designs, domain names and copyright in France and abroad. He also works on the litigation and pre-litigation aspects of disputes relating to intellectual property rights. He is a member of various professional associations, including APRAM (Association of Experts in Trademarks and Models) and ECTA (European Communities Trademark Association).
