Régine Lavidiere is Cabinet Beau de Lomenie's Head of Human Resources. A BTS graduate in accounting and administration, Régine Lavidiere joined the Marks & Spencer group in 1976 as accountant. She was in charge of different positions in the Accounting and Finance Management before becoming Head of the Pay and Benefits department in 1987. In 1991, she was appointed Head of the Staff Management at Groupe Lebranchu, the vehicule equipment manufacturer. She joined Cabinet Beau de Loménie in 1995.
